reveals your eating styles. The results will present your
personality type which includes Grazers, Hearty Portioners, and
Hate-to-Move Struggler.
By learning your
personality type you can learn your strengths, eliminate
negative habits

start a positive weight loss program. To follow all types require the consumption
of Superfoods. This
includes soy, fresh produce, fish and chicken with a limit on
red meat.

counting of calories and there are not any hardcore
restrictions. There is an exercise plan which like the
diet is personality assessed. The plan works and it’s
