What
we like about this plan   An extremely interesting book which will make you think twice before eating over-processed high fructose corn syrup, trans fats and other harmful food ingredients.   The diet cost is simple – the price of the book. The book promotes exercising and the relationship between food and the body.

What
we dislike about this plan  One concern is that this plan encourages monotony in food choices and rotation. This might create a boredom that makes you stray from this lifestyle plan. The plan also requires that you stop eating 3 hours prior to bedtime. This is hard for many late-night munchies.

How Healthy is this Diet?
Extremely!  These doctors have taken a positive, exciting approach to “weight-loss” approach, how the size of your waistline is far more a barometer of your health than a number on the scale is exciting and a fresh theory on health and dieting.   With the workouts, walking, stretching and recipes, included in this book, this is a healthy plan for your body and your health.

Here’s the bottom line. No gimmicks. This is a flexible diet, written by two well-respected doctors, that works for life. The authors breakdown the scientific principles of why you can or cannot eat certain foods for instant weight loss are very easy to understand and motivational.
