Fat Loss For IdiotsCookie Diet Review
 - In 1975,
Dr. Sanford Siegal, a thyroid specialist has been preparing, baking and distributing these cookie snacks to help people manage their weight loss goals.

Dr. Siegal believes that diets can leave you full of cravings.  But when you can alleviate those pangs with a healthful treat, you're more likely to find success.  There are five varieties - Chocolate, Oatmeal Raisin, Coconut, Banana and Blueberry.   Dr. Siegal's cookies can only be purchased via the online store.  You'll receive a week's supply of 42 cookies when you order.

Dr. Siegal originally created these cookies for patients of his medical practice in  Miami. It was a sensible way for them to give in to cravings without sacrificing their diets. Dr. Siegal's recipe is scientifically designed to promote hunger control. The Cookie Diet is not a
plan itself and may be used in conjunction with any weight loss program prescribed by your doctor or nutritionist.  One should look at these cookies as more as a meal replacement or a healthy snack in connection with another diet plan.  A week’s supply of these cookies is a pricey at around $52.00!

What
we like about this  plan. Cookies bring us back to our carefree childhood days. It almost feels naughty to eat cookies and still be on a diet.  That mentality might be the key to staying on a plan.  These cookies are made of a “super blend of amino acid protein that curbs your appetite naturally, without prescription drugs.   It also gives you the freedom of picking a diet of choice to complement the cookies, which allows the dieter the flexibility of picking a plan that works for them.

What
we dislike about this plan. These cookies are a very expensive protein bar shaped into cookies.  Some people stated they do not particularly taste good.  Some website claim a meal plan with Dr. Siegal’s cookies, but his website is not explicit about how the diet works.   He leaves much up to you and your doctor.  This could lead a dieter astray if he is not healthy diet savvy.

How healthy is this
plan?  That depends on what type of diet you choose to follow with the cookies.  Obviously you can’t just eat cookies, no mater how nutritious they are. A healthy lifestyle plan would be a healthy plan; a fad diet even with these cookies is still a fad diet.

Here
Is The Bottom Line  If a weeks worth of cookies is 6 per day.  They appear to be packed with nutrition, it’s not like it would differ much from other meal replacements. Since all meal replacements are engineered (a.k.a. not whole food) , if the diet of cookies motivates you, pick a healthy lifestyle plan, add some exercise and limited the meal replacements cookies to once a day or an between meal snack.
